Beat the winter shoveling slumps with mindful movement! Our yoga classes are a great way to beat blues... There will not be a Friday 5:15pm class this session. Winter Season schedule runs from Sunday, January 4th - Saturday, February 28th.
(There are no anticipated closure dates during this time.)
We are open Sunday - Monday.
Guaranteed open hours:
9:30am - 11:00am Monday - Saturday
3:30pm - 7:30pm Monday - Thursday
3:30pm - 5:15pm Fridays
6:00pm - 7:30pm Sundays
& always by appointment!

Studio Guidelines
(First time participants, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the first class you'd like to attend. We have some important paperwork for you to fill out.)
1. Please arrive on time.
2. Wear loose, non-restrictive clothing.
3. Dress in layers.
4. Yoga students are usually barefoot.
5. Instructors reserve the right to close a class due to overcrowding.
6. We are a fragrance-free environment. Please refrain from wearing perfumes, colognes, etc.
7. Shoes must be worn during all classes bearing weight. Please bring indoor shoes.
8. Please remove jewelry that could catch or damage equipment.
